Cancellation Policy & Refunds

Your free cancellation window is calculated based on your journey's travel time:

Free Cancellation Window = Your journey's estimated travel time + 1 hour (minimum 4 hours, maximum 48 hours before your scheduled pickup).

• Cancel before the free cancellation window: Full refund (100%). No fees apply.
• Cancel after the free cancellation window: A £30.00 cancellation fee applies. The remainder of your fare is refunded.

Example: For a 3-hour journey, your free cancellation window is 4 hours before pickup (3h travel + 1h buffer). Cancel before that and you receive a full refund. Cancel after that and £30 is retained.

For prepaid bookings, refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Alternatively, you can choose to receive your refund instantly to your Wallet balance for use on future bookings. Cancellation confirmation will be sent via email, including details of any applicable refund amount.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Charges

If you cancel after your free cancellation window has passed, a flat fee of £30.00 will be retained to cover driver allocation and operational costs. The remainder of your fare is refunded.

Airport Pickups & Missed Flights: If the journey is for a pickup at the airport and you have missed your flight or not travelled, please inform us ASAP.

If the driver is dispatched and we do not receive any notice from you up until the time of pickup, a charge will be incurred to cover the driver's time and parking fees (as they will be parked and waiting inside). This charge is dependent on how long the driver is waiting.

Example: Waiting charge for the first one hour or less will be charged at £30.00.
